Aachi Garam Masala : Garam Masala is the most common spice blend used throughout India. This particular blend is a regional blend of garam masala from South India. This is a mixture of spices. Addition of 5 to 10gm of aachi garam masala will increase the taste and flavour of vegetarian and non-vegetarian preparations.
