Naga Double Roasted Rava

Semolina (sooji) is made from hard durum wheat. It is the starchy endosperm part only which is separated from the bran and wheat germ and then milled into flour. We offer granuler Sooji, which is used to make Rava dosa, Rava idly, Rava uppma, Rava halwa, Rava laddu and a variety of other dishes.
