Nila Groceries ships products to all regions across Sweden. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms set out on this page. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Our warehouse operates Monday – Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the postal code of the shipping address (home deliveries) and order weight (courier service point pickups). The price shown at checkout is the final shipping price.
Policy details
Stock Availability
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or prefer a refund.
Return Due to Change of Mind
Nila Groceries will happily accept returns due to a change of mind as long as a return request is received within 30 days of receipt of the item.
Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in re-sellable condition. Once returns are accepted, refunds will be processed to the original payment method (card or Swish). We will NOT refund any shipping charges paid.
We will collect the return if the conditions above are met. Otherwise, we will ask the customer to dispose of the items themselves. You will be notified by email or phone once the refund has been processed.
Delivery Times
Change of Delivery Address
We can update your delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel or replace the out-of-stock item and dispatch the rest of the order. We will attempt to contact you before dispatching.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so we can investigate.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier if possible and contact our customer service team immediately. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for next steps.
Sales Tax (Moms)
Sales tax (Moms) has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website. The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden taxes added at checkout.
Order Cancellations
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our returns policy above.
