A classic south Indian royal sweet recipe prepared mainly with the wheat flour and sugar. The recipe has a strong resemblance to the north Indian cuisine Halwa but totally different from the way it is prepared. This is the traditional way of making Halwa by extracting milk from samba whole wheat berries ,cooking in ghee till it reaches the desired consistency.
