Idly chilli powder, also called Milagai Podi or Molaga Podi, is a dry chutney powder served at Idli and Dosa. Idli chili powder consists of black lentils and dried red chili.

List of Ingredients: Bengal lentils, black lentils, red chili powder, sesame seeds, compound asafoetida, salt.

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool and dry place. After opening, transfer contents to an airtight container. Shelf life up to 2 years after production date.
