With its complex and earthy flavour the White pepper is made by cooking and drying peppercorns from the pepper plant- Piper nigrum. The taste is brighter and sharper and more herbaceous than black pepper. Used extensively to flavour white sauces(french cuisine) and in Asian dishes.
